Sealy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 70-33 win over the Navasota Rattlers. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 190th, while the Rattlers are ranked 473rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Sealy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kane Killough, who rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 108 yards and a touchdown. That's the most rushing yards Killough has posted since back in September of 2023. Another back making a difference was Alan Williams, who rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.

Williams wasn't the only one working in the rushing yards department: Sealy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 250 rushing yards.
