Baseball Recap: Parkview Comes Up Short

Parkview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 32nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-0 to the Mills University Studies Comets. The Patriots were not able to make up for their loss to the Comets from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Parkview's record now sits at 0-10. As for Mills University Studies, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6.

Coming up, Parkview will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Vilonia at 4:30 p.m. As for Mills University Studies, they will venture away from home to face off against Fountain Lake at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cobras' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Comets' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
