Volleyball Recap: Prospect Extends Winning Streak to Five

Prospect came tearing into Saturday's game with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Highland Park Giants by a score of 2-0.

Prospect's offense was headlined by Brendan Ziegenhorn and Bartosz Czerwiec, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Ryan Cook and his 22 assists. Czerwiec also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Rique Huerzo, racking up two apiece.

Prospect's victory bumped their record up to 24-6. As for Highland Park, their loss dropped their record down to 20-11.

Prospect will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Wheaton North at 11:30 a.m. The Falcons will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Highland Park, they will square off against Rockford Auburn at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
