Basketball Recap: Pepin/Alma Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Pepin/Alma and Blair-Taylor squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Pepin/Alma had to settle for second. They took a 46-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blair-Taylor Wildcats. Pepin/Alma was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Blair-Taylor earlier this season, when they won 53-50.

With the defeat, Pepin/Alma broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points over those games. As for Blair-Taylor, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 20-6.

As of now, neither Pepin/Alma nor Blair-Taylor have any future games scheduled.
