Baseball Recap: Reavis Rams vs. Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs
Reavis won the last time they faced Berwyn/Cicero Morton and things went their way on Saturday too. Reavis blew past Berwyn/Cicero Morton 12-6. Considering the Rams' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Will Swierczynski looked comfortable as he pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
On the hitting side, Tino Villagomez was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Robert Soto, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
