Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Aubrey White and Shelby Matteson Lead Milton to Victory

The Milton Eagles earned a 2-0 victory over the Glynn Academy Terrors on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Leading Milton to victory were Shelby Matteson and Aubrey White. Matteson had four digs and three aces, while White had seven digs and two assists. Those two assists gave White a new career-high.

Milton's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Milton has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against West Forsyth on the 9th. As for Glynn Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Creekview on the 8th.
