Volleyball Recap: Clarkston Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Loganville

Clarkston faced Loganville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Angoras fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 2-1. The Angoras were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Devils earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Clarkston's loss dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Loganville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Clarkston wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Seckinger on the 10th. As for Loganville, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Sprayberry on the 10th.
