Basketball Game Preview: Kinsley Coyotes vs. Sublette Larks

The Kinsley Coyotes will head out on the road to challenge the Sublette Larks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses for Kinsley and 35 for Sublette dating back to last season.

In Tuesday's Canine Competition, Kinsley didn't have enough. They had to suffer through a 54-22 loss at the hands of Attica. That's two games in a row now that the Coyotes have lost by exactly 32 points.

Meanwhile, Sublette played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 70-12 loss at the hands of Southwestern Heights. The Larks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-3.

Kinsley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Sublette, their loss dropped their record down to 0-14.

Everything went Kinsley's way against Sublette when the teams last played back in December of 2023, as Kinsley made off with a 51-25 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kinsley since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
