Volleyball Recap: Apache Junction Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Apache Junction was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils. The Prospectors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Dust Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Apache Junction's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Santa Cruz Valley, their victory ended a nine-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-9.

Coming up, Apache Junction will take on Coolidge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Santa Cruz Valley, they will challenge Heritage Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
