North has gone 9-1 against Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Mustangs will take on the Bobcats at 3:45 p.m. North has given up an average of 8.7 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

McClintock hit North with a eight-run third inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Mustangs came up short against the Chargers, falling 18-7. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 23rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 18-2 to Metro Tech.

North's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-18.

North took their win against Central when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 15-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
