Volleyball Recap: Shadow Mountain Matadors vs. Paradise Honors Panthers
After flying high against Greenway last Wednesday, Shadow Mountain came back down to earth. The Matadors fell just short of the Paradise Honors Panthers by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Matadors haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.
Shadow Mountain now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Paradise Honors, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-12 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Shadow Mountain will square off against Thunderbird at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Paradise Honors, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Moon Valley at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th.
