It's playoff time, and Potsdam had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victor by a 61-35 margin over the Harrisville Pirates on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Sandstoners, who have now won 13 contests in a row.

Potsdam found their leader in sophomore Ian VanWagner, who shot 59% from the field en route to 23 points in addition to six steals and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brodie Delaney, who posted 18 points.

Potsdam's win bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Harrisville, they moved to 18-6 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Potsdam will challenge Franklin Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Franklin Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Potsdam likes a good challenge. As for Harrisville, they will face off against Bolton Central at 6:00 p.m. on March 12th.
