Softball Recap: Dominion Comes Up Short

Dominion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the South Lakes Seahawks, falling 26-3.

Dominion's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for South Lakes, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Dominion will challenge Loudoun County at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Loudoun County's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so Dominion's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for South Lakes, they will take on Potomac Falls at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
