Seminole gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 56-21 victory over the West Plains Wolves. The Indians pushed the score to 42-21 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wolves had little chance of recovering from.

A big part of the win came down to the chemistry between Wyatt Holmstrom and his top target Caton Cramer. Holmstrom threw for 285 yards and three touchdowns while completing 82.8% of his passes while Cramer gained 144 total yards and three touchdowns.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Seminole was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 483 total yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Plains only gained 329.

Despite the defeat, West Plains had strong showings from REID MACON, who threw for 220 yards and three touchdowns, and SLADE RUSSELL, who gained 80 total yards and two touchdowns.

Seminole will face off against Shallowater at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Plains, they will challenge Horizon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Horizon focused on turnovers this week as team gave up four on Friday.
