Volleyball Recap: Springtown Find Success

Springtown saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Randall Raiders.

Ryleigh Strickland paced Springtown's offense, picking up six kills. Strickland really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with eight.

Springtown's win bumped their record up to 18-2. As for Randall, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Springtown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Monahans on the 23rd. As for Randall, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Liberty at 12:00 p.m. on September 6.
