Baseball Recap: Riverview East Academy Picks Up Fifth Straight Win at Home

Riverview East Academy won the last time they faced Gamble Montessori and things went their way on Thursday too. The Hawks put the hurt on the Gators with a sharp 15-5 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hawks.

Arliss Estepp made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Estepp was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, Riverview East Academy got a massive performance out of Elias Brown, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with seven stolen bases and three runs. Marquise Alexander was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with five stolen bases and three runs.
