Basketball Game Preview: John Curtis Christian Patriots vs. Teurlings Catholic Rebels

The John Curtis Christian Patriots will face off against the Teurlings Catholic Rebels on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Two weeks ago, John Curtis Christian blew past Mt. Carmel, posting a 60-31 victory. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Teurlings Catholic had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They beat the Cowboys by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 67-53. The win was nothing new for the Rebels as they're now sitting on three straight.
