Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ron Brown). They were the clear victor by a 67-44 margin over the Bard Falcons on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Monarchs have posted since January 17, 2024.

Leading Ron Brown to victory were Derrick Harley and Hunter Brown. Harley went 10 for 15 on his way to 21 points in addition to five assists and five boards, while Brown almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. Brown is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Lenoxx Walker, who went 5 of 10 on his way to 13 points.

Ron Brown's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Bard, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6.

Ron Brown will face off against Bell at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bard, they will take on Cardozo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
