The Fairhope Pirates will face off against the James Clemens Jets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fairhope is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 26.2 points per game this season.

Fairhope is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alabama's top teams: Baker, who was ranked 14th at the time (Fairhope was ranked 23rd). The Pirates came up short against the Hornets last Friday, falling 35-10. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Andres Hunt put forth a good effort for the losing side as he picked up 105 receiving yards and one score.

Meanwhile, James Clemens came up short against Homewood on Thursday and fell 38-28. Despite 160 more yards than the Patriots, the Jets couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Fairhope will need to focus on slowing down Alex Lively, one of several James Clemens players who made an impact when they last played. He rushed for 133 yards and one touchdown on only six carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Mj Gideon, who rushed for 118 yards and one TD on only 15 carries.

Fairhope's record now sits at 7-3. As for James Clemens, their record is now 6-4.
