Basketball Recap: Bay Takes a Loss

Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-51 heartbreaker at the hands of the Westlake Demons. The Rockets were not able to make up for their loss to the Demons from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Bay now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Westlake, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bay will challenge Valley Forge at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Westlake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Ridgeville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. North Ridgeville has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
