Basketball Recap: Ozark Catholic Academy Comes Up Short

Ozark Catholic Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 48-31 bruising from the Life Way Christian Warriors. The Griffins were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Ozark Catholic Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Life Way Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ozark Catholic Academy has already played their next matchup (against Decatur), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Life Way Christian will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Eureka Springs at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th.
