Baseball Game Preview: Bremen Braves vs. Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves

The Bremen Braves will challenge the Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Bremen is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

Bremen fell victim to Richards and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 10-0. The Braves haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Thornton Fractional South unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They and Lindblom finished up their matchup with an 8-8 tie.

Thornton Fractional South's tie gives them a new season record of 12-18-2. As for Bremen, their loss dropped their record down to 12-16.

Bremen might still be hurting after the 12-2 defeat they got from Thornton Fractional South in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Can the Braves avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
