Foley has gone 3-0 against Pensacola recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Foley Lions duke it out with the Pensacola Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Foley will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

On Tuesday, Foley didn't have too much trouble with Saraland as they won 53-36. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked ninth, while the Spartans are ranked 68th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Pensacola unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to Booker T. Washington on the road by a 62-43 margin.

Foley pushed their record up to 12-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Pensacola, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Everything went Foley's way against Pensacola in their previous meeting back in January of 2020, as Foley made off with a 72-50 win. Will Foley repeat their success, or does Pensacola have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
