St. Francis strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Cordova Lancers by a score of 13-0. Those 13 points were actually the fewest the Troubadours have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

The critical scores for St. Francis came from Annie Swanson and Alexa Randall.

St. Francis didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Piper Bates and Randall. Bates is crushing it when it comes to interceptions: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Randall got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

St. Francis' victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Cordova, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

St. Francis wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-0 win against Christian Brothers on the 23rd. As for Cordova, they will welcome Lodi at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
