Volleyball Recap: Northside Find Success

Northside posted their closest win since September 13th on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Moore Lions 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Grizzlies: when they faced off against the Lions on Friday, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Paisley Hogan paced Northside's offense, picking up 14 kills. Hogan got some help from Kamdyn Flemming and her 18 assists. Finally, Caroline Mckinney kept Northside's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Northside's victory bumped their record up to 17-13. As for Moore, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northside will welcome Har-Ber at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moore, they will challenge Bishop McGuinness at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Fighting Irish will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
