Softball Recap: Wallkill Panthers vs. Chester Hambletonians
After losing to Chester the last time they met, Wallkill decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Wallkill Panthers walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Chester Hambletonians on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Wallkill.
Wallkill's win ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-0.
Wallkill will head out on the road to square off against Valley Central at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. As for Chester, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Beacon at 11:00 a.m. on April 6th.
