Softball Recap: Sierra Stallions vs. Elizabeth Cardinals
Sierra lost against Elizabeth back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Sierra Stallions came up short against the Elizabeth Cardinals, falling 17-1. The Stallions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Sierra saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Baylee Adams, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.
Sierra's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Elizabeth, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 18-3.
Sierra will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Sand Creek at 4:00 p.m. As for Elizabeth, they will play host again on Tuesday to welcome Mitchell, where first pitch is scheduled at 3:30 p.m.
