Volleyball Recap: Sterling's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Sterling won the last time they faced Camden and things went their way on Monday too. The Silver Knights walked away with a 2-0 win over the Panthers.

Sterling not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Camden between 18 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18.

Will Stubbs - Class Of 2026 paced Sterling's offense, picking up eight kills. Stubbs - Class Of 2026 got some help from Davis Holloway and his 20 assists. Fernando Sanchez controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Sterling's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-7. As for Camden, they dropped their record down to 5-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Sterling will face off against Camden Academy Charter at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Camden, they will square off against Seneca at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
