Basketball Recap: BASIS - Scottsdale Takes a Loss

BASIS - Scottsdale played a tough matchup on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 68-14 defeat at the hands of the Sequoia Charter Stallions. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-7.

BASIS - Scottsdale dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Sequoia Charter, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. BASIS - Scottsdale will challenge Ridgeline Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sequoia Charter, they will take on El Dorado at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. El Dorado will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Sequoia Charter surely won't give up without a fight.
