Baseball Preview: Weston Trojans vs. Brookfield Bobcats        
        
		
            The Weston Trojans will take on the Brookfield Bobcats at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (Weston 4.1, Brookfield 2.9) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
The home team had won the previous five meetings between Weston and Immaculate, and Immaculate kept the tradition alive. The Trojans might be feeling deja-vu: they lost  4-3 to the Mustangs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Ponte is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last four games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Matt McDowell, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  stolen bases and two  runs.
 Brookfield  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .559. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an  OBP of .500 or higher in four consecutive  contests.
 Weston's defeat was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 5-6. As for Brookfield, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.
