Basketball Recap: Sandy Valley Comes Up Short

Sandy Valley saw some tournament action on Saturday. They had to suffer through a 68-27 loss at the hands of the Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars. The Sidewinders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sandy Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Pinecrest Academy Cadence, they moved to 4-10 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Sandy Valley will head out to take on Indian Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pinecrest Academy Cadence, they will challenge Rancho at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
