Volleyball Recap: Westover Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Westover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the South View Tigers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 9th.

While Westover was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-10, 25-22.

Westover's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for South View, they pushed their record up to 7-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Westover is set to take on their familiar foe Douglas Byrd at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, South View will challenge rival E.E. Smith at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
