Soccer Game Preview: Hope vs. De Queen

Hope hasn't had much luck against De Queen recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Bobcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Leopards at 5:00 p.m. Hope is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

Hope's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Malvern. Two seems to be a good number for Hope as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Meanwhile, De Queen hasn't lost a match since March 14th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They and Arkadelphia finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw.

De Queen's draw makes their record 8-5-2 this season. As for Hope, their win bumped their record up to 7-4-1.

Hope suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to De Queen in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Bobcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
