Tumwater and WF West are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2022, but likely not for long. The Thunderbirds will take on the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Tumwater is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.7 runs per game this season.

Tumwater had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but Aberdeen put an end to it on Friday. The Thunderbirds fell 6-1 to the Bobcats. The matchup marked the Thunderbirds' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Tumwater saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brielle Womach, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, WF West waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Wolves 12-6. The result was nothing new for the Bearcats, who have now won eight matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

WF West's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Tumwater, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-3.

Tumwater took their victory against WF West when the teams last played on Monday by a conclusive 14-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Thunderbirds since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
