Volleyball Recap: Thursday's Victory Is Alexandria's 16th in Last 18 Outings

It's playoff time, and Alexandria had no trouble coming through when it counted. They won by a set and slipped past the St. John Paul II Falcons 3-2. The Valley Cubs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons on Thursday, too.

Alexandria has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 39-7 record this season. As for St. John Paul II, their loss ended an eight-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 30-12.

Alexandria has already played their next match (against West Morgan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. St. John Paul II does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
