The Sherman Oaks CES Knights will square off against the Panorama Pythons at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
As a matter of fact, Sherman Oaks CES put up the most runs they have all season on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Fulton a 32-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Stella Brewer and Araceli Altamirano made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Brewer tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Meanwhile, Altamirano tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. At the plate, Brewer went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base, while Altamirano went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

In other batting news, Kaitlynn Flamenco was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Victoria Gonzalez was another key player, getting on base in four of her six plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
Sherman Oaks CES always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .811. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, Panorama narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Grant 22-21.
Sherman Oaks CES' victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Panorama, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
Everything went Sherman Oaks CES' way against Panorama in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, as Sherman Oaks CES made off with a 24-2 victory. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Pythons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
