            If Lassen was riding high  fresh off their  12-6 takedown of Las Plumas on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Lassen took  a  3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Las Plumas on Friday. The Grizzlies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Thunderbirds earlier this season, when they won  12-6.

 Coming up, Lassen will look to defend their home field  on Tuesday against University Prep  at 4:00  p.m. University Prep's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1  runs per game  this season, so Lassen's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Las Plumas, they will challenge Chico at 12:30  p.m.  on Saturday. Chico will roll in looking for their  tenth straight  win, something Las Plumas surely won't give up without a fight.
