Basketball Recap: San Jacinto Comes Up Short

San Jacinto fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Liberty on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 51-46 to the Bison. The Tigers have struggled against the Bison recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

San Jacinto's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Liberty, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Looking ahead, San Jacinto will venture away from home to square off against Poly at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Liberty, they will challenge Rancho Cucamonga at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
