After starting their season with two straight games on the road, Leander is finally coming home. Meanwhile, Del Valle lost 37-13 to Clemens on Friday. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Buffaloes recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Leander's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1. As for Del Valle, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
