Basketball Game Preview: Bradenton Christian Panthers vs. Bayshore Bruins + How To Watch

Bradenton Christian has gone 9-1 against Bayshore recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Panthers will head out on the road to square off against the Bruins at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Saturday, Bradenton Christian got the win against Imagine School at North Port by a conclusive 66-46. The Panthers pushed the score to 60-36 by the end of the third, a deficit the Sharks cut but never quite recovered from.

Bradenton Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jackson Reed out in front who went 5-for-8 en route to 15 points. Reed continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Timmy Mercer, who shot 40% from the field on his way to 17 points and five assists.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bayshore). They claimed a resounding 72-10 victory over IMG Academy. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Bradenton Christian and bumps their season record up to 2-3. The team dominated over those games too, winning by an average of 25.5 points. As for Bayshore, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Everything went Bradenton Christian's way against Bayshore in their previous meeting back in January, as Bradenton Christian made off with a 70-48 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
