Basketball Game Preview: West Bladen Knights vs. Greene Central Rams

The West Bladen Knights will face off against the Greene Central Rams on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as West Bladen comes in on 17 and Greene Central on three.

West Bladen is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They took down Ayden - Grifton 47-33. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 78th, while the Chargers are ranked 294th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

West Bladen's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Chase Williams, who posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hezekiah Adams, who had 12 points.

Washington typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Greene Central proved too difficult a challenge. They managed a 64-60 win over the Pam Pack.

Greene Central now has a winning record of 12-11. As for West Bladen, their victory was their 15th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-1.
