Baseball Game Preview: Berkeley Stags vs. Cane Bay Cobras

For the second straight game, Berkeley will face off against Cane Bay. The Stags will square off against the Cobras at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Berkeley has three straight wins, Cane Bay has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Wednesday, Berkeley got the win against Cane Bay by a conclusive 14-3. The result was nothing new for the Stags, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

For Cane Bay's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Dodson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI. Another was Drew Grimm, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Berkeley's victory bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Cane Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-12.
