Baseball Recap: Liberty Chargers vs. Dr. Phillips Panthers

Sadly, Liberty is still looking for their first win of the season after ten matches. They fell 6-1 to the Dr. Phillips Panthers on Wednesday. Liberty was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Dr. Phillips apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Liberty saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mathew Conde, who went 1-for-4 with a stolen base.

On Dr. Phillips' side, Ronald Machado looked comfortable as he struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit.
