Pahrump Valley has gone 3-0 against The Meadows School recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Pahrump Valley Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against The Meadows School Mustangs at 5:00 p.m.

Pahrump Valley is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Desert Oasis on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Pahrump Valley took a blow against Desert Oasis, falling 65-29. The Trojans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-11.

Despite the defeat, Pahrump Valley saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Riley Saldana posted 17 points and eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, The Meadows School was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon 42-7. The game marked the Mustangs' most dominant win of the season so far.

The victory got The Meadows School back to even at 4-4. As for Pahrump Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.

Pahrump Valley was able to grind out a solid win over The Meadows School when the teams last played back in February of 2024, winning 36-28. Does Pahrump Valley have another victory up their sleeve, or will The Meadows School turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
