Baseball Recap: Southside Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Southside took on Fort Payne on Thursday. The Panthers fell 5-1 to the Wildcats. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Southside's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Fort Payne, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 20-7.
