Recap: Klein Collins Tigers vs. Waller Bulldogs
The Klein Collins Tigers waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins but they left with four. They walked away with a 52-43 victory over Waller. Klein Collins got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Almoni Malone out in front who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Aaron Perez was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Klein Collins' victory bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Waller, they bumped their record down to 5-23 with that loss, which was their 22nd straight on the road.
Klein Collins will face off against Tomball Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Tomball Memorial's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matchups. As for Waller, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tomball at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tomball is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
