Lamar posted their closest win since August 24, 2024 on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Galena Park Yellowjackets 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Texans: when they faced off against the Yellowjackets last Thursday, they had to take a 2-1 loss.
