Basketball Game Preview: Murrieta Valley Nighthawks vs. Upland Highlanders/Scots

Having just played yesterday, the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks will head out on the road to face off against the Upland Highlanders/Scots at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Murrieta Valley is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

Murrieta Valley's tournament run continued when they took on Rancho Cucamonga on Tuesday. The Nighthawks fell 63-54 to the Cougars. The contest marked the Nighthawks' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Upland). They took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging an 82-29 win over Entrepreneur.

Murrieta Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Upland, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.
