Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tulelake). They blew past the Dunsmuir Tigers 101-20 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 73-46 on January 7th.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jakob Sovine, who posted ten points. That's the most points Sovine has posted since back in December of 2023. Jon Schneider was another key player, putting up seven points.

The victory made it two in a row for Tulelake and bumps their season record up to 6-13. As for Dunsmuir, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tulelake has already played their next game (against Butte Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Dunsmuir will face off against Hayfork at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hayfork has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 211 points over their last three matches.
