Pompano Beach managed to slip by Suncoast the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pompano Beach Golden Tornadoes came up short against the Suncoast Chargers on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Golden Tornadoes' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-10, 25-19.

Francesco Yeats paced Pompano Beach's offense, picking up nine kills. Yeats got some help from Sebastian Palacios and his 17 assists.

Pompano Beach's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Suncoast, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

When Pompano Beach and Suncoast next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Pompano Beach will try to stop Western's three-game winning streak when they meet at 4:30 p.m. on April 1st. Meanwhile, Suncoast will challenge Palm Beach Central and their three-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on April 1st.
